Sometimes……sometimes….you get a clear message that you are on the right track….and yesterday we Americans got that message with the announcement by Justice Anthony Kennedy; like him or don’t, President Trump is putting America ahead of the progressive agenda, and it is killing the left (albeit not in large enough numbers and not nearly fast enough).

Now, me personally, I NEVER think that there should EVER be a 5-4 Supreme Court ruling on ANYTHING.  I can see 7-2 based on fundamental misunderstandings among qualified CONSTITUTIONAL jurists, but in the end it IS the Constitution that IS the law against which all things before the court should be adjudicated.  And, every time you  get a Ginsberg, Sota-Mayor, or Kagan on the court, you fundamentally abandon the Constitution in favor of their belief in a “living Constitution”; you abandon principle in the name of agenda.  No greater proof is needed than the rant that Sota-Mayor embarked on upon the court ruling on the Travel Ban.  About 90% of what she said is found nowhere in the Constitution and the other 10% that WAS in the Constitution is not what she said it is.

It is called originalism, or original intent.  And the left doesn’t see the Constitution, or the nation as the source or the product of original intent…..the law means to them what they need the law to mean to them.  And in this respect, Kennedy, the “voice of reason”, sided with the liberals about 30% of the time, which is 30% too much.  You never knew where he would fall out on an issue simply because he seemed to lack that Constitutional principle, that standard, expected of the high court.  From an originalists point of view, Kennedy wasn’t that reliable.

But now the President has an opportunity to put America in better shape than it has been in some time.  From his standing list of 25 names, he has a chance to return America to a solid footing.  The mere thought is causing liberal heads throughout the land to explode…….I have some family members I would like to be sitting next to when the nomination is made and then confirmed….wearing a rain coat of course….I don’t want to have to do laundry.  You, we, the American people, could now look forward to legal decisions based on actual US Constitutional law, and not some plucked from the ass of some justice and their love of a protected class and loathing of Americans.

Expect the left and their media whores to fully reveal who and what they are.  You have the potential to lose friends and family over this (not me….I have no friends and my surviving family……not so fond of me).  Remember Robert Bork?  Brilliant man (and I know some disagree), great professor, former solicitor general (the man that argues cases for the federal government before the Supreme Court)…..appellate court judge…..suddenly to radical to be a SCOTUS associate justice.  Savaged by Ted Kennedy in an outright lie fest…..forced to be belittled by a man who was a known drunk, philanderer, and exceptionally poor driver (good swimmer though).  Kennedy and the left were so horrific that the confirmation process was called “being Borked”.  They did it to Clarence Thomas as well.  And they will do it to whomever the President appoints. 

If Turkey Neck McConnell has any utility left to the United States, to Americans, he will make this happen hard, fast and big.  Because the left wants revenge for their first failed Civil War…….and this could just be their excuse.

According to this story, the 10 most dangerous countries for women were determined using the following criterion;  health care, sexual violence, nonsexual violence, cultural practices, discrimination and human trafficking.  The 10 most dangerous countries are nine African, Muslim and Sub-Continent shit holes and……waaaiiiiiitttt…….for it…….THE UNITED STATES!

There are literally NO parallels between the US and the other nine, other than they are all located on planet earth.  There are 194 nations on earth today, 195 if you count Palestine (also not in that top 10)…but why would you.  That means, according to this study…..185 are safer for women than is the United States.  Until the liberals in this nation destroy absolutely everything in this nation, there is absolutely no way that those six criterion even suggest that the US makes the top 10.  MSN.Com has departed the ranks of fake news…..now they are just lying.

I……I am not a conspiracy theorist.  I do not believe that Adolf Hitler was Jewish, that aliens crashed at Roswell, that more than one shooter killed JFK, that 9/11 was an inside job, or that FDR knew that the attack on Pearl Harbor was in the offing days prior to the event.  Not only that I THANK GOD that Stanley Kubrick was able to get to the moon in time to film the moon landing for posterity.

But think about this.  One of you mentioned something in this vein and it really gave me pause.  If you read at all, you know that Hillary Clinton is a crook, and that Bill Clinton is a crook.  It is a matter of public records the myriad laws that the Clintons have broken under the guise of the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative and all of the other “Clinton Charities”.  The details can be found in “Clinton Cash” by Peter Schweitzer, and “Partners in Crime” by Jerome Corsi.  Additional references abound, including the James Comey testimony before congress, as well as the FBI IG report.  The Clintons are crooks, openly criminal, with absolutely zero fear; not that they will be caught, but that anyone will care or take action.  ‘Brazen?’  More than just a little.

And because I knew it, because it is widely known and documented and because nothing is ever done about it as they go through life with their charade, I thought that was the end of that; another example of rules simply not pertaining to liberals.

But what if I was wrong?  What if all of the noise of the secret, personal server, widely known about among the liberal uber elite, its’ existence and subsequent bleaching and bashing…….what if that has nothing to do with secret documents and communications being passed between Hillary, Obama and other state and non-state actors?  What if, instead, the server was the main file containing all of the criminality of the Clintons, their financiers, their minions and their connection to the deep state (which I am now convinced DOES exist).

What if all of the rage of the left against Trump is due not to his existence, his win in the election, but his exposure of the brain trust of the anti-American left, led by the Clintons and their deep pocket friends?

What if?

What if everything about the server….the emails, the half assed investigation, the Hillary insistence that, should Trump win they will all be hanged, the pre-election pointing of the finger at Putin……all of that was not about America itself….

……but the plan to over throw America, all monies being funneled through the Clinton Foundation?

So, here you have Allison Hrabar (and I am sorry in advance, but when I read her name, and see her likeness, I can’t help but think of “Jar Jar Binks”, possibly the worlds least favorite Star Wars character), a communist and para legal with the department of justice (a government department apparently full of simply stellar traitors, fifth columnists, fellow travelers and Quislings), going to a Mexican Restaurant (which I understand Mexicans just call a “restaurant”), alerting some like minded mental midgets of the presence of the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, and joining in on a raucous heckling party driving the secretary and her party from the restaurant….all under the watchful, approval eye of the restaurant owner who was more than HAPPY to take the secretary’s money for dinner.

HOW….you might ask, does an employee of the government agencies charged with doing the job of the government (enforcing the nations laws), rationalize this, you might ask?  Well, APPARENTLY, and surprisingly to most of us I am sure, that is the ROLE of government employees…..subverting the law.  Hrabar wasn’t bothered by her association with the DOJ, citing her protected First Amendment rights to protest anyone outside her work hours. She went on to encourage people to confront officials in public places. “It feels really good to confront people who are actually responsible, which is what we have a unique opportunity to do in D.C.,” Hrabar commented.

Now, I understand how the idiot thinks like this.  As a communist (technically a member of the democrat socialists of America, which strictly construed means “communist”), Hrabar probably went to some over priced libtard, anti-American, sixties radical whiner sissie led college.   Her parents, whom I do not notice as running to share the limelight with the beauty queen, were probably weather underground brain surgeons.  You can rest assured that she voted for Obama, twice if she is old enough, thrice if she is from Chicago, and Obama had no issues publicly denouncing and not enforcing the laws of the land.  My point is that, she comes by it naturally, and ONLY in America would her bat shit craziness be tolerated.

Only in America would we host, encourage, EMPLOYEE enemies of the nation.  We elect roughly half of them to our total numbers in congress every 2 years.

For what reason?  Because trust me, this does NOT make us a better nation, it does NOT make us exemplars, it does NOT illustrate us taking the high road.

And like political diversity and its’ bastard child political correctness…..it is going to get us all killed.

But hopefully the Hrabars of our nation go first.

In his rather excellent book “Slouching Towards Gomorrah”, Judge Robert Bork writes that many great cultures have arrested their decline (Rome under the emperors, Byzantium under the emperors spring to mind), an that it is quite possible that the same may happen in ours; some uprising, some awakening will occur that will lead to this nation turning its’ back on the madness that liberalism and political correctness hath wrought……

…….well…..I wish I was so optimistic.  Because I see NO indications that this nation is prepared to do that.

I have a difficult time getting my head around bullshit like this, in the name of science.  Seriously?  We ridicule the NAZI’s and their theories on race, racial purity, put forth under the name of science, and we buy into this crap without blinking an eye?  Why don’t we just get out the calipers and start measuring head size and forehead slope, and distance between the eyes, because trust me……..the meat of this article is exactly the same.

The authors of the article, use statistics, one of those math and science “STEM” thingies that is all the rage, to prove that this unending and falsely informed striving for diversity in all fields leads to increased dumbing down of all fields.  In short, the authors use science to disprove the perceived, unscientifically decided upon benefits of diversity in the STEM (and actually all) fields.  In short, there is no existing study or example in which abandoning standards in pursuit of “diversity”, the child of political correctness, results in ANY benefit.

And let me put this in the plainest of all possible scenarios, one that hits closely to home.  As many of you know, or have read me write, I am on a dual organ transplant list, and have been now into my third year.  I am a regular at the University of Kansas Medical Center, the regional leader in such surgeries.  Without those transplants, regardless of when I die, the medical world can point to my passing as a direct result of that illness (assuming I do not wise off to someone faster on the draw than am I before that time).  My kidney doctor and my GI are renowned in their field.  One is white and one is (I think) Greek, maybe Romanian.  I have met my surgeon, and he is a big hulking white guy who you wouldn’t think has the dexterity to be medically gutting humans.  About half of the doctors, therapists, nurses, and other professionals on “my” team are not whities. 

And I do not care.  I want, and I feel I have, the very best that medical science has to offer.  And they all placed highly in their SAT’s and they all took and passed the GRE and the MCAT and they all are qualified under traditionally rigorous standards; they rose to the standard in their field, the standards were not lowered to meet them.

And that is what diversity, multi-culturalism and political correctness does.  Can’t cut it as a plumber? well we need more urologists and you fit the bill.  Math not your bag?  Hell, you don’t need math in launching someone into outer space….YOU need to be a black woman.  School a drag?  Forget about it, take this degree and move out!

Can we arrest our decline?  Can we return to reality, can we even get to the point where we can talk it out loud?

Or…..will some inner city, female with a high school diploma be doing neuro-surgery in the name of diversity?

I am afraid I am not anywhere as near as optimistic as Judge Bork.

This story from Politico is one of the most dishonest pieces of trash I have seen this week…..and given that the leftist media is digging in, insisting that the North Korea-US Summit was an embarrassment for our President and the US, that is saying a LOT.  But it is classic Politico opinion, and as such it states many things that are indeed “facts”, i.e, they have been said, or have happened, with zero understanding of what the facts and acts mean, or signal.

Let’s start with this gem from the article; “They chalk it up to party loyalty, or staying unified for the midterms. They say they still believe in the principles, but they don’t tend to do more than say the words. Then, when the microphones are off, they confide. They complain. They nurse fantasies that there’s a reckoning coming, that maybe this will all end with the Republican Party nominating someone like Eisenhower. Or at least like Paul Ryan.”  If you cannot see that THAT quote holds and element of the GOP angst, then you are part of the problem.  Paul Ryan?  What has Ryan done other than what is in the best interest of Paul Ryan, that would make us in conservative America think that he is even REMOTELY a candidate to carry the conservative torch?

Or how about this, from the recently defeated South Carolina republican and former governor, Mark Sanford; “People become disenchanted with the way democracies work. A strongman comes along, says, ‘You’ve got to give up some freedoms, but if you do, I’ll take care of these problems for you,’” Sanford said late Tuesday in his concession speech. “We’ve got to stay true to this notion of the democratic principles that our Founding Fathers laid out.”  I get it, blame your failures on the people.  The truth is that the people, most people, are quite content with the principles of our founding fathers……they are exceptionally disappointed in the execution of those principles by the likes of…..Mark Sanford…..or for that matter, the open turncoat from Arizona……

……Jeff Flake.  “It’s a pretty narrow path for somebody who has any disagreements with the president’s policy or behavior,” said Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.), who is retiring rather than try to win a primary that his own polls showed he couldn’t. He’s a dependable mournful quote about what’s gone wrong, and reporters eat it up. But that’s about all there is.  Flake, along with fellow Trump critic Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.), is trying to check Trump on trade, but GOP leaders have rebuffed them. He described the GOP mentality as: “Don’t show a fissure, pretend we’re all together.”  Think about this; “Flake is a dependable, mournful quote about what has gone wrong, and reporters eat it up,  But that is about all there is.”  And that IS all there is, that is all Flake is.

You see, and Politico, the articles writer and all of the voices he quotes, have this entire idea, that Trump has co-opted the Republican party, exactly backwards.  Elected officials like Flake, like Corker, like Schwarzennegger, like Sanford, Graham, McConnell, Ryan have failed the people.  They have been co-opted by the progressives and in return for permanent power as the underdog, the party of insignificance, they have in turn, betrayed the very principles they vocally hold to be sacred among the founders.

It is THEY who have not delivered.  It is THEIR masters in the media and the left that seize on every move by Trump, while endorsing the criminality of the democrats that have made Stormie Daniels and the Russians the problem.  The crap that the left, and their partners in the GOP ranks, like Flake, are issues because they INSIST on making them an issue.

I would love to see the Politico, and everyone else who bemoans the death of the GOP acknowledge that, whether or not you call it a GOP, or what it frequently acts as, a DNC, it is the elected members OF that party that are to blame that “their” party is now the party of Trump.  Maybe Jeff Flake should take another poll….like the one that informed him that his own constituency had no intention of returning him to office.  Ask those people “why?”  Maybe one day the Flakes and the Grahams and the McConnels will learn that the left has used them for all they could, just like the left does to everything and everyone, and discarded them.  Maybe one day they will discover that they don’t have Trump to blame for their failures, but rather they have Trump because their constituents blame them for their failures.

Maybe one day, Politico and the left will finally admit that Trump has not co-opted the GOP, he has made it irrelevant.  Maybe one day the malcontents’ in the GOP will acknowledge that their failures are not due to bucking Trump….but to ignoring the people.

Bill Clinton; still lying after all of these years.

I am telling you, every passing days leaves me in amazement that bullshit can be piled as high and deep as the democrats pile it on a daily basis.  And the really bad part is that, the position outlined by Clinton above, is believed by some people….too many people.

Let’s take matters in course.  First out of the chute, there are FEW people more irrelevant in this nation that Bill Clinton.  I can’t believe that even the left takes him seriously…..but then again they have to compare him to Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, and his own wife and daughter…..so who knows?  Second…..if this were a democrat President, who thinks that this would be an issue?  Seriously, anyone?  Raise your hand.

This would not be an issue and I will tell you why.  After Bill Clinton himself was impeached for lying to the grand jury, lying under oath, lying on TV to the American people by looking us in the eye and saying “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Monica Lewinsky,”  despite all of the accepted evidence that he DID have sexual relations with that woman (thus the lying under oath…..), the left went all in…I mean ALL in, and sacrificed all future credibility in refusing to convict him of what everyone knew and accepted that he did….lied to the grand jury.  Now, now the world knows, and America should know best of all, that as long as a leftist breathes breath, they will NEVER indict one of their own.  Additionally, the conservatives, even the actual ones, are so weak willed that they would not ever risk a vote by voting for impeachment.  As long as there is a John McCain acolyte in the senate, a democrat President is safe from punishment for any crime.  I suspect that that knowledge emboldened Obama to blithely disregard the Constitution and the will of the people.

Then there is the media.  The current state of the media in this nation is disgraceful, with all major media outlets even openly pushing the leftist agenda, or denying that it does so while openly doing so.  The media alone is why a guest on MSNBC can reference laws saying that no one is above the law while Mueller searches for ANY wrong doing by President Trump, fully aware that were the law applied to Hillary in light of what we KNOW she did wrong in her email violations (essentially destroying evidence in an FBI investigation), she would be in jail.  The media alone is why about half of America wants something done to Donald Trump, without acknowledging, or knowing, or certainly understanding, that if the standards the media trumpets against Trump were even acknowledged around Hillary, Obama or Kerry, the three of them would have sequential numbers in Leavenworth.  The media is why Americans think that being American is criminal, but democrats are not.  There is no way in hell that Americas’ free and “bi-partisan” media is going to allow a democrat President to be impeached; not after a 100% track record of supporting leftist office holders over the past 30 years.

In the end, Bill Clinton remains the big, or bigger, lying fool that he has always been….and gets the pass that he has always gotten.  The answer to the question of whether a democrat President would be impeached now, if the circumstances were the same as with Trump is “no”.  The democrats wouldn’t impeach and convict a guilty man in Clinton, it would certainly not happen with an innocent man.

Me?  Yeah, I would impeach a democrat President in a heartbeat…..I am not at all convinced that a modern democrat could run for President under the auspices of the US Constitution and serve under that same Constitution without breaking the law….that, however, is another rant.
