The enemy within……
This is one of the most EXTRAORDINARY examples of the lefts
attack on the foundations of our country.
You do not realize it….but the left has just delivered an
ultimatum….”You are clearly not right, because you CLEARLY don’t see things our
way, therefore, get your shit together, get in line behind us, and you, and
your lifetime tenure and your pensions will be protected. Otherwise, no.”
The absolute BRAZENESS of this is beyond the pale. CAN YOU IMAGINE IF THE PRESIDENT sent a
letter to congress saying that “Start supporting my policies or I am going to
abolish congress”? IT IS THE SAME FRIGGING THING!!!
Listen….I am NO fan of the SCOTUS being the final arbiter
of the law. Judicial Review was NEVER
supposed to reside solely in the SCOTUS.
When John Marshall decided that the Constitution allowed the SCOTUS the
supreme power….and the other two branches allowed that, he set the path to the
actual nullification of the Constitution.
But, even given that, and the lefts relentless attack on the
Constitution and the nation….to actually send a WARNING from one branch to
another….it makes me sick.
To say that the Supreme Court is obviously not well, establishes
the left in congress and the media, as THE final decision maker on what is and
what is not legal.
Listen, the problem with judicial review is that many, and currently
four SCOTUS justices and most of the federal bench beneath them, do not like
the Constitution. Judicial review is
activism pure and simple. Do you think I
want Dick Durbin, senator from Illinois, deciding shit for me? Because, look at Illinois…..he has CLEARLY
been a superstar in….just about nothing.
The mere fact that one Constitutionally established branch
of our dysfunctional government would DARE to dictate to another BECAUSE, right
or wrong, that branch is executing its’ constitutional duty….it makes me sick….….
With this letter….the US Senate just declared war on the
US.
Remember…..aim at the center of mass, run TO the sound of the guns...but whatever you do....do NOT vote democrat.
