I saw a meme today that indicated that support for Cory
Booker as the lefts presidential candidate, was at 2% (making him equal to low
fat milk). As humorous as that was, it
did make me wonder…..this two dozen people that are vying to be a standard
bearer for the left in 2020, shouldn’t we be less alarmed that they are running
to be the President, than we are that they were ever elected to any office in
the first place?
When did simply being in an office qualify a person for
holding another office, or qualify them for anything? Exactly what metric is used to advance these
people? What has Bernie Sanders EVER
accomplished? And the same goes for Booker…….what
have they made better? I find myself
wondering if these people would even be employable if they weren’t elected to
office, which makes me wonder how they ever got elected. And most of them have some sort of
professional degree….but were they a success in that profession? Hell, Warren and Harris both have law
degrees, but you would never suspect they know anything about the law by their
public statements. Why are they
qualified to do anything? In order to get
promoted, you would at least think that you would have to show success at your
current job, or even potential for that or a better job.
So, right now, we have about two dozen candidates (I am not
sure this weeks exact count), of limited success (and I am counting Buttgig and
Gabby, both of whom are vets…..hell, I am a vet and I can pretty much assure
you that you do not want me running anything).
And their entire, combined platform is one of revenge against the
nation. Seeing the Constitution, not as
a road map toward national success, but as a road block to their ambitions,
these candidates all have “plans” to disassemble the nation, to destroy others’
success to reward social failure and, now, illegal immigrants. This is pure revenge, nothing less. There is no plan for raising all boats, but
only to sink some boats.
Why would we ever, ever elect any of these to anything at
all…..least of all the leader of the free world? Because, if you elect one of these to
anything, this part of the world will no longer be free.
I would not hire any of these people to do anything, except maybe mow some grass or shovel snow.

DeleteI've spoken to many people (often with liberal/socialist leanings) who insist you can't run government like a private sector organization. They don't like President Trump because, among other things, he had no experience before in government. They say you have to know how government works, to which I tell them "If you have to 'know how government works' isn't that a BIG part of the problem?" Crickets.
